How to fix neck pain at your desk
Neck pain at a desk usually traces back to looking down at a low screen. Raising it to eye level is the first and biggest fix.
Raise the screen
Get the top of the monitor or laptop to eye level with a riser, arm, or stand so you're not craning down.
Mind the distance
Keep the screen about an arm's length away so you're not leaning in.
Take movement breaks
Look away and stretch your neck regularly — no setup replaces moving.
