Monitor Risers & Arms · Guide
How to set monitor height
Most neck strain comes from a screen that's too low. The fix is simple and cheap: get the top of the screen to eye level.
The eye-level rule
Sit upright and look straight ahead — the top of the screen should land near your eye line, about an arm's length away.
Riser or arm
A riser lifts a fixed amount and adds storage; an arm dials in exact height and frees the desktop.
Tilt to kill glare
Angle the screen slightly back and away from windows and lights to reduce reflections.
