How to sit with good posture
Posture is mostly setup plus movement. Dial in your chair, support your lower back, and change position often.
Set the height
Feet flat on the floor (or a footrest), thighs parallel, hips slightly above knees.
Support the lower back
Use the chair's lumbar support against your natural curve so you're not slumping or perching.
Move regularly
The best posture is the next one — stand, stretch, or shift every half hour.
